I've tried to get a snapshot and it failed after a few seconds with this: "Unable to get backup lock: Unable to get lock."
Any ideas? |

Can you open a ticket with us so we can investigate this (and tie it to your Linode at the same time)?

| It must have been a one-time issue I've just tried taking a snapshot and it's working now. |
