| At approximately 1:30 p.m. EST we became aware of network issues at our Dallas, TX facility. We believe all issues have been resolved at this time, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. |

| Connectivity seems to be back up, but things seem to still be fairly sluggish. Not sure if they are related, but wanted to give you the heads up. |

We don't expect that things are sluggish at this time -- in fact, everything in Dallas should be back to normal. If you are still experiencing issues, please file a ticket and we'll have a look. Please include the output of these commands to your Linode (replace 1.2.3.4 with its IP address):
Code: mtr --report 1.2.3.4
# or
traceroute 1.2.3.4
# or
tracert 1.2.3.4
As well as these commands on your Linode:
Code: route -n
iptables -nvL
ifconfig |
