Is it possible that when a user visits http://domain.com/something/ he really is seeing http://something.domain.com ?
dns ?apache? htaccess?

This seems to be sort of what you are looking for: http://www.guruofsearch.com/redirect-folder-to-subdomain
So if a user visits http://domain.com/stuff/ he is acutally watching http://stuff.domain.com without showing that he is on the subdomain. |
