I just submitted my first ticket in the two-and-a-half years I've been with Linode, in order to request one of the new-fangled IPv6 addresses.

The request was responded to and actioned within 2 minutes - amazing!

dangit, I forgot to post last night to complain. It took 6.5 minutes for my ipv6 ticket to be answered. Unacceptable! :twisted:






(for the humor impaired, yes, that's a joke, 6.5 minutes is pretty damned good service in my book)
