I recently requested a migration from Fremont to Texas servers. After the migration email notifications stopped working that are produced by our php systems, such as customer invoices, sale notifications, etc....
Ubuntu 10.04, not sure what was being used to send mail prior. Email is new to me.
Any Ideas?

| Your mail server software is probably identifying itself with the wrong hostname, or perhaps something went wrong with the reverse DNS. Both are closely tied to your IP address, which changes when you move datacenters. See here for more info. |

Thank you for the reply.
So I think it was using postfix. I changed the FQDN in the main.cf.... Do I change the reverse dns to my FQDN or the website domain? Should this work after it propagates? Am I missing anything else. Is this the easiest set up for just application email? I just need to allow a magento install to send notifications. I don't need to receive email or host accounts.
