On more than one occasion, I have missed extremely important tickets that were initiated by Linode, only because my email account is so cluttered. I generally process my email mainly by scanning sender, subject, and first few words and only actually open a fraction of the emails I get. This method is apparently quite error prone... Linode ticket opens are not the only emails that I miss in this way, only to discover the buried emails later.
Would it be possible to set up a text messaging alert system, so that if a new ticket is created by Linode, I will get a text message?
Barring that... any ideas to solve this issue? |
