I have installed OpenSSL, seemingly without error, but still unable to run the RPM.

Mandrake "Large" distrobution installed.

Any pointers appreciated.

try running "ldconfig"

then try to install that rpm again

same thing, going to check and re-try the install on OpenSSL. grrr

the libraries aren't the exact name as output bu the rpm error.

Tried a new dist, moved over to RedHat 9 (small)

Working so far, but run into another problem posting a new thread for that one.
