WordPress upload and Activation procedure

I uploaded Wordpress to

/var/www/html4/crozdale/public_html/

I am not seeing the site I expected

Now what?

What site are you seeing? What's the URL?

Is the vhost defined correctly in your web server daemon?

I think you are checking any other URL, because if you uploaded different site you cannot see another website on that URL, So, I think you are checking any other URL.

Make sure you gave write permissions. Try doing ls-l to see permission and group of /var/www/html4/crozdale/public_html/ directory.
