www.example.com accessible but example.com is not"

Hello everybody,

i have bought a domain name from name.com. After setting up the NS and DNS records from name.com's panel and and adding a new domain from linodes DNS MANAGER my websites can be accessbile under www.example.com but if I try to connect under example.com its show me a site about advertising. How can i solve it?

Thanks in advance and sorry for bad english (if it is bad :D)

Hey there!

Can you let us know what the actual domain is so we can take a look? This may be a virtual hosts issue redirecting the sites elsewhere, or it may be an issue with the domain zone, but it's hard to really point you in the right direction unless we can see what we're working with. Thanks! :-)
