I know this issue has been resolved a while ago.

However, I noticed that since this incident, sometimes http requests to my linode hangs. It appears as if the request never makes it to my linode. A refresh on my browser, and everything is fine.

I am almost certain it is not an apache issue. It is also not a firewall issue (there is none on the web server).

Is anyone else noticing this, or is it just me? Everything we fine before this Atlanta incident. I remember during this incident, a lot of my http packets were lost.
