Please I cant acess my website via www.example.com but it can be accessed via example.com

It seems the problem is with the name based virtual host but I dont know what to do would like to know how to fill in the details in the ServerName and ServerAlias so that my site can be accessed with or without the www.

What is your domain?

2 likely causes:

Firstly, do you have an A record in the DNS manager for (blank).example.com and www.example.com?

Secondly, you should have ServerName www.example.com, ServerAlias example.com
