I am in need of a skilled web designer willing to collaborate and show a genuine interest on a fairly large scale project. I will be developing the site in PHP (Codeigniter framework) but my graphical and CSS abilities are a bit lacking.

I'm looking for a partner that will stick around to help me bring this company to life. Preferably early 20s and a startup geek.

Obviously there's no compensation until there is a company, so we'd both be working in our free time to get this launched. At some point, I would like to submit to TechStars or similar incubator program to help secure funding.
