I just to want to display some information like "Welcome, you're #####th visitor" on my webpage. Is there any free scripts/node to generate visitor counter? Thanks very much!

The 2013 approach is to hide this sort of information from casual visitors. A reliable analysis of your website traffic can only be obtained by feeding your visitor data to Google. Any other measure is irrelevant and inaccurate.

2020: The 2010's called - they'd like their cutting edge Web page designs back.
