Can't find info online, but maybe I'm searching on wrong terms...is there something I can do on my VPS/Email server/DNS so that when I use Outlook/Thunderbird/Etc to set up and email account, when it tries searching for the rest of the email settings automatically, it finds them? As opposed to me having to click "Enter settings manually".

Thunderbird and Outlook have different auto configuration methods, but you can do this with just DNS records or publish an XML file with the settings to use at a specific URL that the client checks:

- Thunderbird Autoconfiguration
- Outlook Autodiscover
