I'm looking to build an email server on linode shortly, using postfix on debian.

However I am looking for some kind of server side individual domain throttling program/script, like green arrow offers but without the massive price tag. So far been unable to find one, does anyone know of anything like this?

I think that is for the domain as a whole, would it be per hour?

Ideally i'd like some program or script to specify delivery rates to my top number of domains in my data
