Hi! I have setup rDNS by following the instructions in the Linode library. However, when performing a smtp test on MXToolbox, I'm getting the error Code: Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner Have googled it and most comments is "Contact your ISP to solve this problem". How do I solve this? Thanks! |

By the way.. The PTR seems to work fine. My linodes ip resolves the hostname (fqdn), and the hostname (fqdn) resolves the ip. |
