Adding spam, virus protectection and postfixadmin

Has anyone added spam and virus protection to Postfix, using programs such as Amavisd, SpamAssassin, ClamAV or PostGrey?

Also interested in adding Postfixadmin.

Are there any Linode guides or other guides you can recommend for this?
