send-mail: fatal: open /etc/postfix/main.cf: Permission denied

First thing is to check what permissions the file have.. run:

ls -l /etc/postfix/main.cf

and tell us the output.

I was able to get that resolved. There were other directories, that had incorrect permissions. I am struggling with other issues but that one is resolved.
