i am looking for a pop3 imap4 and a smtp server that allows mutiable domains
and the smtp allows me to relay with it.

Is there one? if so which one?

It is gentoo specific, but could easily be followed on any other dist.

I setup a qmail server on my node. I host several domains off one server.

when you say relaying, what do you mean?
