Hello,

I used this guide (http://library.linode.com/email/postfix/dovecot-mysql-ubuntu-10.04-lucid)

To create a mailserver for two domains, misle.me and salazar.com.co

How can I figure out the POP/IMAP and SMTP settings to access email with Outlook and/or a mobile device?

You can use whichever hosts you setup provided they are pointing to the IP address of the Linode you are running the mail servers from. You can even use the root domains as the POP/IMAP and SMTP hosts.

If you're having trouble connecting, use

Code:
telnet localhost 25


to test SMTP connectivity to verify that Postfix is working.
