The following image is the Munin Output of Memory Usage of my Linode account. Please help me to decide whether I need a Memory Upgrade or not?

You don't. You have 200MB totally unused, then another 280MB in buffers and cache. That's half your memory available for applications.

The 50MB in swap is a good thing.
