PHP Apc 100% fragmentation?
Is 100% APC fragmentation bad?

I have it on default settings for a 512 slice.

How do I alleviate this?

Is the APC cache getting full? I've found I have to make it a bit bigger than the size it usually fills up to.

Also Linode don't do slices :P

Try toying with the "apc.shm_size" setting in your php.ini file. If you don't have that setting, add one and set it to something like 32M.

APC also has wonderful cache corruption, so keep that in mind as well :)
