I have been paying for my linode on a monthly basis and wanted to do a one-time yearly payment to get the 10% discount. How do I go about doing it ? I can't find any options anywhere for me to it.

Open a ticket from the Support tab and they'll gladly switch the Linode(s) of your choice to annual billing.
