I'm inquiring upon the status of my account closing. I left a ticket in the ticket system to close my account on the 31st of july, right before the next billing cycle. It is now the 31st, and 10:20 PM Mountain, so in places its already the first. My account should have been closed by now. Let me know the status, I do not want to get billed for another month.

UPDATE
woops, never realized there was a close account link in My Account. The FAQ says to leave a ticket. That should be updated.
