How does one upgrade from a Linode 64 to another one?

Would I have to pay the setup fee again for the upgrade?

Just adding 32 Megs of RAM to a Linode 64 is $10 more but that is the same price as a Linode 96 without the extra disk space and bandwidth.

It seems that upgrading the whole package is a better deal than just upgrading the memory alone.

Just put in a support ticket request to upgrade your linode and caker should be able to sort things out.
