Hello i wang to have a refund

Hi ,

I had already removed my service, and raised a ticket to have a refund.

It has been more than 24 hours, I understand you guys have been very busy in recent, but can anybody confirm what i need to do after i raised a ticket? Just wait for responds or i miss any steps ?
