Is it possible to create custom distros using other developed packages like dyna:bolic etc? Could I create a small pre pack , use a disk to upload my own distro, then delete the pre pack and somehow boot my uploaded pack?

A distro builder with more extensive optios would kick ass.

It's completely posible to build new distros like you mentioned. All you'd need is a (small) distro to build from - like the Debian distro.

Then, move your files onto a spare disk, create a new config, point it to that disk, and boot it up.

If it runs the Linux kernel pertty much any distro will work
