First let me say that I am extremely pleased with Linode for the 2 years I have been on it. What's more, you are always very responsive on any requests. I am eagerly waiting for the Xen transition.

I just want to suggest that it would be very helpful to have a low-end plan at about 10$/month.
This could be used as a redundancy server for the mail server, DNS (and even webserver), as well as backup through rsync.
Does not need to have a lot of memory (32), or it could even use a more traditional VPS technology than UML/Xen in order to improve the economics for you.
Only requirements in my sense would be:
- possibility to locate that server in the other datacenter than the one used for the main server
- enough hard drive space for backup purpose of main server

I am just looking at other providers just for that purpose, but if linode was to offer such plan, I would just use it since I am so happy with you (other providers being unixshell, or even more traditional VPS provider).
