I activated an account last month and then deactivated it a few days later, nothing wrong with the service, but it just was not what I expected. I submitted a refund request but have yet to hear anything about it. Can you please let me know if it has been done or if I am still pending.

Well I am hoping it is simply pending and not lost in the shuffle. But would this not have been aparent? If I had gotten the refund and was able to find it in my statements, I'm certain that I would not have started this thread, but hey thats logic for ya. :D
