Will I still get extra storage when I make yearly payments? I could not find any information about this on the sign-up page anymore.

If yes, could you please provide me with the details (how much extra)? If yearly payment does get extra storage, can I still buy additional storage over the amount already provided by the yearly payment?

Yes, you do get (I believe) 20% additional disk if you pay annually. I couldn't find that written down anywhere, though, right now.

Yes, you always have the option to purchase more disk, ram, whatever on top of your base plan. Some of that is dependent on whether or not your specific host has available resources for "extras", but if it doesn't, they should be able to move you to another host that has the needed resources.

Actually, I think they ended that promotion in favor of a 10% off prepay promotion.

Interesting. I guess I'm glad I went to annual billing while that promo was still around.

We did replace the 50% free disk space promo with:

10% discount on 12-month prepayment
15% discount on 24-month prepayment

Anyone who already had the free disk space was grandfathered in. You can open a support ticket to give back the disk space and switch to the discount if you prefer. Both of the new promotions are selectable when creating a new account or adding a Linode to your account.

Somehow the 50% free disk felt like a better deal (but I don't actually calculate it). I can understand that the current model is probably easier for you to size your servers.
