as everyone known ,China had internet censorship.
if my vps baned by Chinese's firewall,can i change the ip？
if it can be done,how many cost?

You can buy a new from your Linode Member Panel (go Extras).
IT's $1 per IP / month

You could also (for no charge) request to have your VPS moved to a different datacenter.
