No. What are you trying to achieve?

I am an EU citizen and I run a server (from my house) which accesses Betfair's web services. Betfair restricts access to it's services to European IPs due to the US's Gaming Laws. I also run a server (on Slicehost) which hosts website whose primary userbase is located in the US and utilises Geotargetted webservices.
I want to merge the two hence the question about IP addresses

You'll need two linodes, one in EU and one in the US. You can VPN the hell out of them, but they're still two linodes to buy and manage.
