PHP CURL ERROR: name lookup timed out

Hello,

We had been on linode for around 3 years, every thing was working fine, but from last 4-5 days, our php curl script started giving error

"name lookup timed out"

however i can ping the domain(i am trying to curl) from console.

We are using CENTOS 6

Below is the content from our resolv.conf

options rotate

search members.linode.com

nameserver 103.3.60.19

nameserver 103.3.60.20

nameserver 103.3.60.18

What is the domain you are trying to curl/ping? Is the script on your Linode or elsewhere, and was the console you tested from your Linode or elsewhere?
