After doing "sudo ufw logging on", I never see my own requests in /var/log/ufw.log

After doing sudo ufw logging on I started seeing lines coming in very slowly in /var/log/ufw.log.

I never see my own requests. Given how slowly the lines appear (I'm using tail -f), I'm guessing that most requests are just ignored and not logged at all, and that that's why I didn't see my own requests. Is this a correct guess?
