Any tool to generate IPv6 IPs?

I'm still not too familiar with how IPv6 works but I am able to add them manually in /etc/network/interfaces

Is there any tool that we can give it our IPv6/64 address and tell it how many individual IPs we want? and then it would generate the ips from the lowest range.
