Post subject:  Routing Problem At ThePlanet?

Hi,

I received the following email from a user of my site:

Quote:
No idea if you can actually do anything about this or not, but I've noticed
that for several weeks now I've been unable to get to
lastfm.indiegigs.co.ukwhen I'm logged in at home.  Did a quick check
and noticed that there
appears to be a routing problem from my location.  Here's a traceroute from
my home machine:

% traceroute lastfm.indiegigs.co.uk
 1  10.0.64.1 (10.0.64.1)  5.008 ms  1.450 ms  1.463 ms

17  * * *

Seems to never make it past that point (theplanet.com looks to be culprit).
Whereas when I'm at work, I have no problem getting to the site.

I have no problem accessing my site. Does anyone know what is going on? If it's already been going on for several weeks then it's clearly not a temporary problem.

Cheers,
Andrew

There was a routing problem from Ausrtalia to The Planet at about the same time (several seeks ago). It took days to fix.
