Hey,

I would like to use NodeBalancers on multiple data centers, so I have 3 NodeBalancers on 3 different locations, when each NodeBalancer got 3 nodes.

I want 100% Up time. What would be the best way to make that I'd have the same site running on 3 different NodeBalancers? UltraDNS? Round-robin DNS? Any other suggest?

You'd probably want to use DNS with very low TTLs. This would be as close to 100% as you can get.
