Finally pushed the last piece of the puzzle for Chube: Nodebalancers. Now I think it supports all the pieces of the spec that it needs to.

See the README on Github for examples of how to do things. And I'd be interested to know if you build anything with it, so send me an email (via the address in my Github profile) if you do!
