I have a disk image of CentOS 6.2 that I set up about 45 days ago. It is a LAMP system that meets my needs well. If I copy that image to an additional linode, will it contain all of the additions I made since its initial set up such as web sites, or will it be just the bare disk image?

Yes it'll contain your changes. Cloning images copies everything at the time the image is cloned.
