My site is crashing everyday, i restore it from the backup, and on the day after it crashes again.
I noticed high CPU usage, i just don´t know how to read/understand the log files. I´m afraid it can be an attack. Can someone guide me where to look/investigate?

Have you installed Linode's Longview? It should tell you what is using your resources.

BTW, without telling us anything about your Linode and your site it's impossible for us to offer a guess as to what could be going on or where to look. You have to help us help you.
