My Logwatch contains the following kernel entries from yesterday which I do not understand at all. I normally do not get any kernel entries unless I initiate something which I did not. The only thing that did happen was that their was a hardware problem on the box which Linode repaird but support tells me it would not have any influence on individual linodes.

Is there anything I should be concerned about. Thanks.

Did the work Linode had to do to fix the issue on the host result in a reboot? That looks like a fairly typical sequence of logs that you'd get during a reboot - it's various kernel hardware discovery and initialization messages. If you look back in time in your kernel logs to the last time you rebooted - assuming they still exist that far back - you should see a similar set of information.
