We have had some issues with others hacking into our server.

Linode requires us to do a number of things including migrating our drupal website to a new clean linode.

The POS attacks we have had on others have been stopped by filters on the server for now.

Restore the CMS from a backup or download new files to use on the web for it. If it got hacked, the files could have backdoors.
