Well, it was working perfectly yesterday, then today whenever i start it up and connect with my client, all i see is a blue background and mouse. nothing else pops up later on like it did yesterday.

any ideas guys?

Heres is my log. I don't understand why its all of a sudden decide to mess itself up:

your ~/.vnc/xstartup file is roached. not sure why it can find the security policy file... if you installed X from a package, problems like missing files are often a packaging problem.

you need to dump your xstartup file here if you want more help. but if i were you i'd just remove the .vnc directory, run vncpasswd, and try again.

it also looks like you're trying to run 2 window managers: twm & kde. not sure why it can't find xterm or twm though.

so if you want, please dump your xstartup file & also mention what distro you use.
