Anyone having a good guide on running Nomachine on Linode?

I am using Ubuntu 14.04 and X11 forwarding is _extremely_ slow and unusable.

I share your pain with X11 forwarding. :'(

It looks like there is a pretty straightforward guide here for Ubuntu: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/NomachineNX I have not done it myself, but if you run into any issues let me know and I can try to help you out.
