Hi guys,

I have lost the usename and passord for root aceess. Can you advise how I can regain access please as I need to do some work on the server. I have account dashboard access and The Email adress the account is registered with.

You can reset your node's root password in the Rescue tab in the manager.

It will require briefly shutting down your node.

Probably.

Rebooting is supposed to be safe, but it's possible some of your software isn't configured well and you will have problems. Best to discover that sooner than later, in any case.
