Just a question about iptables

Hi

I am configuring a Linode and when I configured iptables, mine looks different to that shown on the guide notes at https://www.linode.com/docs/security/se … our-server">https://www.linode.com/docs/security/securing-your-server

On the guide 'output for IPv4 rules' shows the following:

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT 0 pockets, 0 bytes)

whereas the 'output for IPv4 rules' from my linode shows the following:

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT 128 pockets, 27212 bytes)

Is this normal? if not what am I doing wrong and how to resolve this?

Thanks
