How does one make multiple proxies?

Hello, I'm new here and I'm not really familiar with all these stuff but I can learn fast when taught.

I'm curious on how would I be going about to making multiple proxies?

Lets say I need about 100, how would I ago about making it? What would I need and how would i do it?

The proxies I will be using for is for a program which deals with going to sites. Nothing illegal or any sort.

Also, how would I go about with IP authentication. Have my IPs protected with user:pw

If anyone knows I would love to know how. If they can show me through teamviewer it would be such a great help!
