How to use an apt-clone file in a Stackscript

Can anyone think of a way in which I could incorporate an apt clone file into Stackscript? The file is .tar.gz, and 17KB.

The only thing I can think of is a here document, but I don't know if it supports binary, or if the script is allowed to be 17K.
