How do you tell if your linode is running in "paravirtualization mode?" I'd like to add block storage to my backup server but the documentation says that the server has to be running in paravirtualization mode in order to use this new feature. I searched the documentation but I couldn't find an article that discusses what this means or how to determine if your linode is using it.
This is set in your Linode's configuration profile under Virtual Machine mode. The options are Paravirtualization and Full Virtualization. If you don't recall changing this, Paravirtualization is the default.
