Has anyone else noticed that their bandwidth allocation has doubled

Quote:
Transfer/Mo 76.0 GB
Incoming: 59.8 MB
Outgoing: 491 MB
Total: 551 MB


My allocation used to be 38gb. Is this a permanent thing, error? I hope its permenant, heck I don't use much traffic as you can see, but its still nice to know I can use up quite a bit and not worry.
